Room for rent in peaceful townhome the room is furnished with like new furniture. My last roommate was here for 2 years, Room has a full size dresser, 2 nightstands, tv, and a queen size bed with a new padded mattress pad included still in the Box. there is a up to date washer and dryer, tenant will be responsible for their laundry soap and personal toiletries assign parking right in front of door with parking pass, 24/7 full access to the kitchen if roommate want to put a $100 on the food bill every month i do not have a problem with that because I cook at least 4 days out of the week. If not roomate is responsible for their own food. ac, heat, cable, internet & house alarm all included in the rent $850 per RENT is due by the 5th of every month. no over night guest, i keep a peaceful house and whoever the candidate is to move in I asked the same of you. UNDERSTAND I have no business in your room, and roommate do not have any business in my room. This is just simple respect and boundaries. This is a smoke-free house all cigarette smoke is only be done on the outside of the house. Tenant is responsible For cleaning up their own mess. This is not a house that you have to walk on eggshells I just asked Everybody is respectful to each other. First month's rent one month security deposit and half of the monthly rent for the first move in what's that comes up to $1,225 to move in. which must be paid in full before move in. No exceptions Tenant must sign a lease a 6 month lease. I do not care what the color of your skin is. And have some type of references For background and legit proof that they are able to afford the rent every month. SERIOUS RENTERS ONLY you are more than welcome to come by and see the room and see the house i will not send any pictures over the internet that way I know whoever wants to rent the room they're serious about trying to rent it if they take the effort to come and see the room in the house. room will be ready to move in on Friday August 29th 2025 and I will not charge the roommate for those 3 days early move in but first month's rent and the security deposit has to be paid in full once again which comes up to $1,225 the first month's rent is half price and full security deposit will be refunded once that person leaves ,as long as they stay for the whole term of their lease and nothing is destroyed in the room or the house rent can be paid in cash or money order it doesn't make me any difference because tenant will get a receipt right then and there. contact me at email or show contact info
