Hi, Folks. I have a furnished one-bedroom available in the finished basement of my house in Magna. Rent is $800.00 - $500.00 refundable deposit. All utilities and wifi included. Washer and dryer included. A small cooking area is available for use. Two burner hotplate, air fryer, and microwave, small fridge, pots and pans, plates included. Separate entrance with keyed bedroom door. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate who keeps it pretty clean. The room is about 15X12. Almost new queen-sized mattress. 48 inch tv, alarm and Alexa in the room. A working male is preferred. Adults only. The room is for one person only, but feel free to bring your significant other over once in a while. No kids, not really wanting any other pets- we have an English Bulldog upstairs. On-street parking. Close to the UTA Route 35, which runs real late. Large backyard with grill available if you want to use it or chill out there. Lots of stores and restaurants very close by.
