We have a 10 x 10 room available … for a male roommate to share our peaceful, park like atmosphere....kind of like living in the woods while located in the heart of Tigard. We are non-smoking, non-vaping, no drug use and non-alcoholic. Sorry, we cannot accept couples, children or additional pets. We currently have 3 long term roommates, Beau, Steve and Candy. We look out for each other and want someone who will be a good fit. Perfect for a serious student. This room is furnished with a twin bed, a bureau, a bookcase and shelving or you can bring your own furniture. It has new paint, newly shampooed carpet and a lock on the door. You will share the main bathroom across from your room with two male roomies. * This is a single level, owner-occupied 2600 sq. ft. 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bath fully furnished home with central heat and wall to wall carpet. Three separate decks in our forest make for relaxing and private outdoor enjoyment. * Centrally located a few blocks from Pacific Hwy, we are close to the 217 and I-5 freeways, Washington Square Mall, bus lines, post office, a movie theater, Tigard transit mall, Tigard library, shopping and restaurants of all kinds. We are 15 minutes from downtown Portland, OSHU, PCC and Lewis & Clark College. $800 rent is due on the first of each month and includes the following: * month to month tenancy. * all utilities (water, sewer, gas, electric, trash, including top tier wireless internet). * shared use of living room, bathroom, dining area, kitchen, outside decks and laundry. * cupboard and refrigerator/freezer space in the kitchen and access to a second refrigerator and freezer. * free use of full size washer and dryer. * off the street parking We…… *are easy going, cooperative and honest. *are responsible and clean up after ourselves. *do most of our socializing away from home. *share chores and contribute financially to our shared house supplies. *welcome visitors, but we don't have live-in friends or overnight guests. * have friendly resident dogs, who mostly hang out with their owners and 1 cat you’ll probably never see.
