Private room in the very safe Mt Shasta Highland resort area. Walking distance to the lake. Furnished or unfurnished. Large closet, extra storage space, view of Mt Shasta. Kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, big pantry, blendtec blender, juicer, granite counter tops and your own mini fridge together with extra space in the larhe fridge/ freazer. Centrail air. Laundry room with washer and dryer, living room with most streaming services, cozy back patio with outdoor seating, a mini potted garden and room to grow more if you desire. House is shared with single woman from Sweden in my 40s, clean, quiet, environmentally conscious, respectful, and 1 sweet dog 🙂 I also have 3 horses off property on a private ranch with arena and trails to the lake, which you would be welcome to ride if you like horses. $800 including all utilities and cleaning service twice a month + $800 deposit
