Come enjoy this cozy house in South Seattle / Burien. We are looking for a third to share this space. We are women in our late 20s early 30s. Rent is 800$ a month which INCLUDES Utilities. The room is fully furnished! Utilities include high speed internet, garbage, water, electric, and pest service. At lease signing you will need First & Last months rent and a 300$ deposit. A 6 month or longer lease is preferred! After 6 months, it switches to month-to-month. You will be sharing the bathroom. (One room has a private bathroom.) The upstairs house has 3 bedrooms while I live in the basement. There is a washer & dryer, dishwasher, back deck and large fenced in backyard. Sorry! No additional pets at this time. The bedrooms have been redone this year with new electrical, refinished hardwood floors and brand new paint. The kitchen also has new appliances *not pictured in these photos* Alittle bit about us: Currently living in the house are three women who live very busy lives - one as a graduate student, a metal fabricator and an international delivery specialist. We keep the house clean and tidy and are respectful of the common spaces. We have been known to share dinner together but are often out and about. We are looking for someone who shares that in common! We are the quiet type and are looking for someone who appreciates a cozy home. I have a cat, his name is Ferrous and he is about 3 years old. He cruises around the house. Sorry, we are looking to add just one person, not a couple of people to the house.
