$750 / 3br - I am looking for two roommates to rent a family friend's house with (Dorchester)

Hello. Please read this fully before responding. A friend of my family owns a home in Dorchester. It is very close to the Stop & Shop on Morrisey Blvd. I do not currently live there. I am considering renting the first floor of his house. I would need to find two roommates on board before I do this. The first floor is a unit unto itself that is really a two bedroom, but could comfortably be a three bedroom. We would have to create some kind of partition to separate the space that is the living room/dining area to create two rooms, but I don't think this would be a major obstacle. Each of the three rooms would be fairly spacious. Each person would likely pay 7-800 for their room, plus utilities (I cannot yet speak to their cost). I don't know in this moment if there is laundry or not, so let's assume there is not. I have seen this place, it is a nice place. If I can get some photos of the interior, I will post them soon. It is also in a nice area on a nice street. I am not certain that I will move here, it depends on whether I can find some good people to move in with. In theory, if two awesome people contact me tomorrow and we all get along, we could move into the place right away. Also in theory, if I find something awesome somewhere else, I might scrap this idea entirely. I don't have all of the details, so I am kind of just putting this out there as a feeler and if you are a flexible and open-minded person, let's connect and take the next steps together. I'm open to pets depending on the specifics. I don't have any. Would like to get a cat at some point. I don't do drugs or smoke weed but I am not opposed to these in the house. I'd not care if you smoked tobacco on the front or back porch. I am a beer drinker but not that much. I will tell you a little about myself and what I am looking for. I am a 31 year old guy, I teach in Boston Public Schools. I am a leftist and am active in leftist/community organizing stuff. I don't do any drugs, and I'm not a big partier (I more enjoy the occasional "kick back"). I'm into exercise, outdoors stuff, and a bunch of other random shit. I cook a lot and will probably offer you stuff. I make beer sometimes, and grow food. I'm pretty tired when I'm not working, so ideally home would be a sanctuary where I can come chill and not have to deal with any shenanigans. I'm a social person but also introverted. I'd ideally like to develop friendships with the people I live with, but if that's not in the cards for us then it is what it is. As long as you are a good, honest, consistent communicator who does not bring negativity into the home, then we'll get along fine. The main things about you that matter to me are that we generally share similar political values (if you support Israel or deny their genocide of Palestinians, and if you are anything further right than a progressive liberal (e.g. supported Elizabeth Warren or Sanders) then I would not want to share a living space with you), roughly similar lifestyles and habits (not partying a ton, generally kind of quiet and orderly (not blaring music), not *frequently* coming in late with a bunch of friends making a ruckus), and as I said, being a solid communicator who just generally has "common sense" about cohabitation (do yer damned dishes by the end of the day, pay for shit on time, do your part with chores without needing some overly complicated legalistic chore system). I value good sleep a lot and have a tough time with sleep, so I need people who are willing to respect that. Other than all that, I really don't give a flying bat shite what you are all about or what you get up to.
