$700 / 1br - Private Room in Shared Home (Dog ok) (Mahtomedi)

Please place the answer to 8 times three in the 'Subject' area AND answer the specific questions below for a reply.] I am in the NE corner of Hwys 694 and 36 in Mahtomedi in a newly remodeled home in a safe area w/ private backyard. I'm a single dad w/ two adult children on their own. There are three bedrooms upstairs: master, guest, and a remodeled private bedroom for rent. (I had one tenant (F/32) renting the room for 3.5 years who moved out (graduated)). Includes a shared: bathroom (used 2% of time), entrance, kitchen, living room and yard. Will consider one chill dog. The lower level is rented (quiet M/32) also (so 3 people total in home). No smokers (in/out/quitting). Very quiet cul-de-sac, lrg. yard that backs up to woods, lrg. grill, fast internet, A/C, foosball and PPong Table, exercise equip. etc. The rent is $700./mo. INCLUDING all reasonable utilities, and driveway parking. The BR can be furnished or not. There is some extra storage space in the basement. Dep. is $300. I do not rent for a living or charge app. fees, so I try to ensure we take care of any 'deal-breakers' BEFORE meeting. A 6 mo lease min. because this process is time consuming. I have had some luck with people who have stayed for 3-4 years. Please give me as much information about you and your situation as possible but definitely include: full name, timetable (moving in/out), income source, home/apt. history, explain any convictions, etc., w/ your reply.
