$60 Weekday Furnished Room for Rent (North Corvallis)

Trying Craigslist for the first time in years! Looking for a commuter-style sharing situation. The ideal person would be commuting to Corvallis for work or graduate school and be looking for a few nights a week in a comfortable home with a furnished bedroom, private bathroom, and a fabulous cat. I work at home full time, have nice yard space, and stay busy biking and playing outside. The TV is rarely on. I like the idea of sharing the house, having someone around a few nights a week, but then having it all available on weekends for visiting family/friends. That said, a renter would be very welcome to leave some clothes and toiletries in the bedroom and bathroom. There is also room available in the kitchen and room for another bike in the garage. I am behind Winco, close to the bus line on Kings and, of course, everything is bikeable.
