M&F roommates w/3 cats seeking quiet, "keeps-to-themself" person to share Waterfront SFH. *You MUST LOVE CATS.* House is located in a quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street. Room is UPSTAIRS. Room is FURNISHED with a Full size bed, two nightstands, small touch-lamp, floor fan, a dresser, shelves, armoire, and small desk w/chair. You will need to bring your own bedding. Rent is $575.00 per month, includes Internet, electric, water, and use of washer/dryer. Bathroom is "shared" when friends/family visit, but otherwise, it is "your" bathroom. Bathroom must be kept clean and presentable for guests at all times. Kitchen space is limited so a mini-fridge and small microwave are also provided in the room for your convenience. Room will have a fresh coat of paint and carpet shampooed before occupancy. *Personal items in pictures do NOT convey.* Rent will be paid in cash, or through Zelle. Security Deposit is one month's rent $575.00. Lease is a minimum of 4 months. You will be required to have a Renter's Insurance policy. Employment verification will be performed. You must have a valid driver's license and inspected vehicle with current tags. House is NOT on a Bus route.
