$200 / 2br - University Student Rooms Available - 2 or 3 students (Seatac)

I have two spare bedrooms that I would like to offer to University students. You must be presently enrolled in college/university and be a serious student... no party animals please. I would prefer STEM students since my interests are similar. My house is located in Seatac, less than one mile east of the airport terminal. It's a quiet neighborhood with practically no noise from the airport since the planes take off to the north and south. The two available bedrooms are connected by a shared bathroom with a tub/shower and toilet (see photos). Each of the two bedrooms has its own vanity/sink/mirror. The house and bedrooms have both wired and wireless internet connections. Bedroom # 2 has a walk-in closest with hanger bars on both sides. There is a queen size bed, one double window, a desk, chest of drawers and bookcase as shown in the photos. This room is for one person for $800/month. Bedroom # 3 has one double bed on the floor, a queen size bed in a loft, one closet, three windows, and a bookcase. I can replace the bookcase with desk just like the one bedroom # 2. If two students would like to share this room, they must already know each other. Price is $800 for one person using the room or $650 per person if sharing. You may rent by the week so you don't have to pay for a whole month, for example, when you may only need to be here the first week of December. I can provide rides to and from the light rail at the airport whenever I'm home (which is most of the time). Otherwise it's about a 15 minute walk. I have parking for at least one student car. I'm a retired Boeing engineer who lives alone for the first time in 33 years, so it would be nice to have live people coming and going again. You need to be someone who likes dogs... I have an older border collie and a middle aged blond German shepherd (see pics of dogs and me in front of Albert Einstein's house!)
