My bedroom in 2 bedrooms apt in prospect heights Brooklyn ,1/ground floor, Brand new painted. The photos of the bedroom are old and I will update the new pics after being painted. HOME: super clean, organized, tons of plants and comfort and very quiet space. You have laundry in the basement which it’s a share with an other flat in the basement. Empty closet / drawer stand / dish washer / full kitchen use Clean Towels / sheets for a full bed and the bedroom will be clean and empty closet and drawer. No shoes inside / No parties Neighborhood: 4 blocks from the Prospect Park (5mins walk) / tons of restaurants / delis /wine bar / cafes 5 different subways around, just couple blocks away to hop on (2, 3, B, Q, C, G, B65) and it’s 15 mins drive from downtown Manhattan with Uber/Car.  Also citi bike dock is on cross the street and all streets are bike lane protected. Please make the kitchen and dishes always clean and away in the dishwasher and plz no food out on the counter. you have an empty cabinet to use to store food. We do separate paper and bottles and glass and cans with trash.  Please purchase your needs for paper towel and toilet paper since we are not Airbnb.  Check in: There is a lockbox outside for self check in. Always lock the door after get in or leave.  The bedroom will be FURNISHED but empty for your belongings.
