We are looking for a roommate, for the street-facing room, approximately 8' x 10', with closet space shown in photos. This is a 3rd floor unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Stairs only. Shared kitchen and bathroom in common living space. We are fairly quiet and keep to ourselves. Monique who is in the bedroom with en suite bathroom. I work from home (mostly in my room) and have an active lifestyle outside of work. [ Availability & Utilities ] Available for a October 1st move-in. 1st month's rent & deposit to move in. The rent is all-in, included electric, water, gas, and internet. This is a month-to-month rental (preferred by the landlord). No pets. [ Public Transit ] 2-3 blocks away from both the Bedford-Nostrand Ave and Franklin Ave train stops.
