$1,300 / 2br - 200ft2 - $1300/month furnished room with utitlities included! Seeking 30+yo man (East Harlem)

Hey guys I'm looking for another guy to move in to my empty room. Trying or find someone for October 1st. It's $1300/month but that covers everything.You get electricity, internet/wifi, heat/hot water and access to almost every streaming service out there. I've got a bunch, The room is the larger of the two bedrooms and has a BIG closet. It also comes furnished with a bed, two night stands and some shelving (not pictured.) I'm a 40ish guy that likes to cook, enjoys movies, plays video games/gaming sometimes. I'm pretty social but have lived with loners and socialites alike. I can usually get along with anyone. I also smoke weed. While I don't mind if you don't partake, you cant have a problem with me doing it in the apartment. That's a deal breaker. If you smoke cigarettes, that's ok, although I don't. I don't use any hard drugs and don't want any roommate who does so regularly. The area is very nice. Quiet neighborhood and neighbors. Lots of places to eat, bodegas of course, and a few laundromats nearby. No laundry on site but we do have a dishwasher. We got 5 different banks nearby. Subway is 5 blocks away, Buses are much closer. I could go on but I feel like meeting people is the best way to see if we would be good roommates. I hope this place sounds like your kind of place.
