Spacious kitchen island, convenient location, ample street parking. House is located on the Berkeley Emeryville border, with several walkable parks. Ashby Bart is a three minute drive, and a fifteen minute walk. Rent is $1,275 a month which includes utilities. In unit washer dryer, dishwasher, and microwave. Gas heating. Your two housemates would be a guy and lady in their mid to late 20s, who are out of the house for work most of the time. They are friendly and respectful of common spaces. I am unsure of the exact square footage of the house, but the room is spacious square feet(around 11.5 feet x 10 feet). Home is a 3 bed, 2 bath. The bedroom shares a bathroom with another person.
