So here we are (three professional, drama free ladies, clean, early 30s) looking for the right fit for our great apartment - located on a third floor of a three-family house - one of Greenpoint's nicest blocks. The place features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1,500 sq. ft. of total living space. The bedrooms are located on the opposite end of the house (which is 60' long) and offer plenty of privacy. The place features wood floors throughout, contemporary kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 2 large bathrooms (you will share a bathroom with only one person) and huge kitchen with living area for down time/entertaining. The bedroom is approximately 12' x 14' - will fit a queen-sized bed, dresser, desk, and still have ample space - and has plenty of daylight coming from a huge window plus ample storage space. The building was recently renovated and is located on a quiet residential street just 1 block away from Manhattan Ave and 2 blocks down from the newest Greenpoint state of the art library - 5min walk to McCarren Park, 10min to Bedford Ave (L train), just around the corner from G train, 7 train and East River ferry. We are looking for someone who can commit to staying with us for 12 months (or longer).
