Greetings! I am a seeking a roommate for a clean, modern 2 BR apt in Allston. Either working professional or Post Grad with STABLE income. NO undergrads, sorry. For an individual of any gender, LGBTQ friendly, NO couples. NO smokers. Available Oct 1 Features of this apt; - We are ~3 mins walk from the Allston Green Line T stop, Bus 66, 57 - ~10mins walk from bus 501, 64 - Near CVS, restaurants, stores. - Coin Laundry next door. - Bi-weekly professional cleaning of all common areas & your bedroom if you'd like. - Dishwasher, garbage disposal. - Gigabit internet - Large windows, sunny and bright. - Hardwood floors I have 2 well behaved female short hair cats, both 2yrs old. If animals or pet allergies is an issue then this probably isn't for you. You don't have to let them in your room of course but otherwise they have free roam and jump on all the tables, furniture. NOT a party place. A guest or 2 over from time to time is one thing, bringing 5 people home at 2am is another.
