The whole place is completely redone. It has new flooring new paint new cabinets, new bathroom everything! It also has a two car, detached garage so there is storage area in the garage if you need it or if you have sports equipment . It also has a small backyard and front patio. I’m a 50 something very active lady. I have great credit and yours need to be decent. Utilities included, except for cable you will need to pay half of the cable. I work outside the home about 30 hours a week. So you need to work outside the home as well. I primarily work weekends so it would be nice if you work out of the home during the week. I have a lot of experience sharing homes with people, so it’s better that we talk about all the stuff in the beginning, so there’s Clear communication. I cant sleep with a heater on at night… So if that’s something that you absolutely have to have that’s dealbreaker for me lol 😂 No smoking inside the house. Sorry No animals. Landlords rules not mine. I’m a very clean and tidy person. Your bedroom your space. The rest of the house needs to be kept clean and clutter free. We can take turns with cleaning the common shared areas. Im not a crazy clean freak but I do like a pleasant environment. The house is available October 1 You have a private entrance.
