New two story, 4 bedroom condo, close to the beach, freeway access and shops. The owner (me) lives here and there are always only 2 roommates. The room is upstairs and has an area rug and mirrored closet doors. Full house privileges, AT&T fiber internet (no cable) and garage parking (if your car does not leak oil). You would share the bathroom with one other person. You must have a job with regular hours outside the home. No smoking of any kind. The room is for one person. No overnight guests or pets. In this house we take our shoes off, and keep common areas clean and tidy. All utilities are included. The rent is $1100 and there is a $400 deposit. The room will be available October 15th
