There are no shared walls, creating a private living space. I work from home and need a roommate who works outside the house with a full-time job during weekdays. The ideal candidate should be pet-free and comfortable living with a gay or straight housemate. The rental agreement includes a one-month security deposit, verified income, and a month-to-month lease. However, I am looking for someone who plans to stay long-term.
