The lease ends in August but if you must leave after spring quarter, that is fine. The last two students who rented it out left after graduation which was fine. Or stay for the summer and the fireworks. You must also pass a background and financial check with the landlords in order to sign the lease. They are quite nice. However, the landlords do not allow smoking in the flat nor pets. One of the past roommates smoked in the alley in the back, which is fine. I try to keep the flat tidy but I am not insane about it.
