Quality Inspector - Operations
The Quality Inspector - Operations ensures compliance with established quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include conducting inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and final product verification. The inspector is also tasked with maintaining accurate records, identifying non-conformities, and assisting in corrective action processes.
Requirements
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED, with technical training in quality assurance or related fields preferred.
2+ years of experience in quality inspection within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies, including familiarity with ISO, FDA, or other relevant standards.
Ability to use measuring tools and test equipment effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to inspecting products.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and quality standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety regulations and quality processes.
Benefits
The expected pay for this position is between $20-$24 hourly, depending on experience, skills, qualifications.
