We're looking for a 2nd Shift Receiving Supervisor to take charge of all inbound activity—managing people, product, and processes to ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. You'll be the go-to person for leading the receiving team, keeping things organized, and making sure every pallet that rolls in gets checked, logged, and stored with care.

Keeping it Accurate
Verify that received goods match purchase orders in quantity and condition.
Flag and report any discrepancies or damaged product immediately.
Maintaining Inventory Integrity
Work with the inventory team to ensure incoming stock is tracked correctly.
Help with cycle counts and contribute to clean, well-organized inventory records.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Partner with procurement, inventory, and shipping teams to keep operations aligned and efficient.
Act as a key communicator between shifts to ensure continuity and problem-solving.
Driving Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline receiving processes.
Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives that increase accuracy and reduce waste.
Prioritizing Safety
Promote and enforce safety protocols across all receiving operations.
Ensure the team uses proper PPE and equipment in the cold storage environment.
Staying Organized
Maintain logs and documentation for all inbound activities.
Create daily reports to track receiving performance, discrepancies, and issues.
