Key Responsibilities • Safely pick up and deliver packages, documents, and other items to designated locations. • Efficiently navigate city streets and utilize public transportation (subway, buses) to ensure timely deliveries. • Operate a smartphone or company-issued device to access routing information, delivery instructions, and maintain accurate records. • Handle packages with care, including loading and unloading using a hand truck or cart. • Maintain professional communication with clients, customers, and the dispatch team. • Follow dispatch instructions and comply with all safety protocols and best operational practices. • Perform duties in various weather conditions. • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents and packages.
