Corn Harvest Truck Drivers Looking for reliable and experienced truck drivers for the 2025 corn harvest season. Looking for both standard and automatic trucks to fill. Requirements: MUST know how to drive a standard truck (semi/trailer and 10 wheeler) - upshift, downshift, jake brakes etc. -experience preferred. Must be able to work entire corn harvest season - 4-6 Weeks Must be able to work long days - 12-14 hrs Sunday - Saturday. The Role The Employee Health and Safety Manager will be act as a consultant to business unit leaders and provide support for our product teams and workers. Requirements Responsibilities •        Provide support to the R&D and product teams by maintaining a visible presence to the field, performing production floor visits to the sites and facilities. •        Develop a Site Safety Management Plan (SMP) for the project to ensure a safe work environment for all company employees, contractors, visitors and community. •        Establish and maintain a positive safety culture throughout the organization. •        Communicate safety information regularly to the organization in a highly professional and effective manner. •        Implement a risk-based approach to safety management, consider non-safety related factors, and balance practicalities with safety measures. •        Investigate safety incidents, perform root cause analysis, establish corrective and preventive actions, monitor for trends. •        Establish and maintain safety training content. •        Support project safety management needs in the way of planning, consulting, etc. Minimum Qualifications ·       Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent blend of education and work experience in our industry. ·       5-7 years of applied professional EHS work, in a construction field.
