About the Role: As a skilled-level technician, you’ll handle everything from complex diagnostics to complete repairs, while mentoring apprentices and staying on the cutting edge with the latest training and ASE certifications. This role is perfect for a B-Class tech who’s ready to step up to the next level. What You’ll Do: Perform accurate, efficient repairs and diagnostics following factory standards Communicate clearly with the service advisor to keep work flowing smoothly Road test vehicles when required to ensure repairs are completed correctly Participate in available training and pursue ongoing ASE certifications Keep vehicles, tools, and your workspace clean and professional Stay compliant with all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a skilled technician (Diesel is a +) Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail Commitment to ongoing training and certification Professional appearance and excellent communication skills Valid driver’s license with a clean record Why Join Eagle Automotive Sonoma?
