FedEx Ground Delivery Driver (Ventura)

EXPERIENCED DRIVERS ONLY PLEASE- Drive the coastal scenic Highway 101 every day with CNO Coastal Inc., an independent contractor for FedEx Corporation. We service delivery areas in the Santa Barbara area. We are looking for high-energy, organized, responsible, and EXPERIENCED DRIVERS ONLY. The workday starts in our Ventura FedEx terminal at 8:45AM where you will check inspect and organize your truck, then take a 30-45 minute scenic drive to your delivery area where you will scan and deliver packages, obtain signatures and pick up packages. You will either deliver to homes or offices and you will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve. Responsibilities And Duties Load and arrange packages during delivery and pick-ups Attend paid safety meetings Maintain clean vehicle Retrieve and maintain any delivery tools and documents Help neighboring routes when needed Must have a positive attitude This is a job that will require a high-energy and performance-driven individual. Valid Drivers License Class C with NO DUI or cell phone tickets (minor tickets and collisions are OK) No Misdemeanor or Felonies to occur within 7 years Legal citizenship/status for the USA 1 year driving experience within the last 3 years - We will need to verify with your previous employer. Health Exam required to pass physical and drug test prior to hire (Must test free of Marajuana and narcotics) Clear 7-year DOT (Department of Transportation) background check Hard-working, honest, team player Speak enough English to understand safety, operate a truck, and interact with customers.
