Key Responsibilities Running lane is the 11 Western Regional 100% No Touch dry van freight. Drop N Hook and live load/unloads. Driver will run 4-6 weeks with a trainer OTR if under 6 months experience. Bi-weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset. Orientation in Jurupa Valley, CA Drivers must be willing to drive during the day or during the night. Average miles a week is 1800-2000. Requirements Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours. Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years. Cannot have been terminated from last job. No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 5 years Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training. 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years max unemployment. Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen. Benefits $1000-$1100 weekly average .43-.57 on a sliding pay scale Experienced drivers sliding pay scale .50 - .71 a mile depending on years’ experience Trainees are paid $650/week until their training weeks are met. Up to .06 per mile monthly safety bonus Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO.

Professional, safe and clean TEAM drivers needed. We are a medium size trucking company and we decided to add couple of more trucks so here is an opportunity to join our company and stay in our work family for many many years to come. All the drivers working with us right now have been with us for the last 5-7 years so there is a big potential for a long-term work collaboration together. We have shorter or longer weekly lanes, depending on what’s more important for you: the home time or the money that you make. Based on your experience and your driving record, you can get up to: - $2800/week to stay only 4 days a week on the road - $3400/week to stay on the road 5 days a week or - $4000/week to stay on the road 6 days per week. You will get paid with direct deposit every week. Our trucks are 2023/24 Freightliner Cascadia (Fridge & Convertor installed) and 2022/23 Utility trailers – great equipment leased from Ryder so you will be headaches free but if somehow the truck will break down, you will not be stuck on the road for days because we get a replacement right the way, no matter where you at. We have a Prepass for tolls and DOT scales, our safety score is very good and we will keep it this way so you get a green light at every scale. Perform line inspections and raw material verifications prior to production beginning after a changeover or at the start of production for the week. Validate sanitation effectiveness and complete Post-OP or Pre-OP sanitation inspection report. Constantly inspect product as it is being produced to ensure it meets the benchmark standard and customer expectations and stop production immediately if out of tolerance deviation occurs. Verify all on line inspection sheets and production documents prior to and during production. Sign off on all changeover check sheets as quickly as possible to verify all details are correct or to minimize the amount of product to be put on hold. Place all out of specification products and/or raw materials on hold using an orange QC Hold tag. Conduct and report daily GMP audits and corrective measures on designated shift. Perform a walkthrough with the shift supervisor at least once per week. Assist in maintaining retained production samples for each product produced. As needed, assist with training of new employees and refresher training of existing employees in GMP, HACCP and other certifications as needed. As needed, assist with customer complaints investigations. As needed, assist with sample preparation and shipping. As needed, assist in keeping Process Sheets up to date with production notes and speeds. As needed, assist with required Quality Assurance reports. As needed, conduct taste tests to ensure production run matches previous runs/samples. As needed, assist with R/D tasks and production sample runs/trials and report. The Production Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations within their respective areas. They will be responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring product quality, optimizing workflow, and leading a production team to meet company goals efficiently and safely.
