As a driver you will help to load, pack, unpack, deliver, and transport product. Generally, our drivers will spend their time transporting food from our commissary kitchen to our restaurants in and delivering Meal Kit Boxes to our customers. Some of the Logistics Specialists Duties will look like... Move large containers of food from the Clover commissary to our food trucks, restaurants, and delivery addresses. Load and unload vans Deliver Meal Kit Boxes up to 30-miles outside Boston/Cambridge Drive a 14-foot van/truck, including parallel-parking and backing into tight loading docks Manually hoist heavy items Perform vehicle inspections and inventory checks Complete and submit paperwork Interact professionally with Clover employees and customers Assist with the coordination of driver routes and schedules The hiring manager may invite you to participate in a Practical Interview. Objective The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring inventory is accurately accounted for, properly stored, and handled in a safe and organized manner. This role collaborates closely with the management and production teams to support operational goals while maintaining compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. This is a seasonal position. This is a non-exempt position with a hourly pay range of $25-30/hour. Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Production Demonstrate effective communication in a professional and respectful manner. Collaborate with team members to meet company standards and goals. Provide training, direction, and leadership to maintain a successful, safe, and organized work environment. Deliver shift instructions and hold team members accountable for execution and accuracy. Ensure warehouse documentation is completed, accurate, and legible. Plan and direct receiving, labeling, and appropriate storage of inventory. Record and inspect deliveries for compliance with purchase orders. Supervise and operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks). Stage and organize orders for shipping, production, and storage in accordance with FIFO and company/customer standards. Conduct routine, periodic, and annual inventories with accuracy and precision. Food Safety Implement and enforce departmental procedures and food safety protocols. Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and SQF requirements. Identify and report any food safety concerns to management immediately. Attend all required food safety training. Maintain a clean, organized, and continuously improving warehouse environment. Qualifications 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing facility. HACCP and SQF training preferred; familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and internal policies required. Inventory control proficiency Data entry experience Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced production setting. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Physical / Additional Requirements: Maintain great attendance at all times Ability to work late nights or early mornings as required. Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Comfortable working in a production environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
