Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for on-time and accurate shipping and delivery, ensuring that all items on Sales Orders are packaged and staged for order fulfillment. Record received inventory into the MRP system by ensuring items that are received match the Purchase Order and Packing Slip documentation. Loading and unloading trucks, wrapping products, packing, labeling, as well as operating a forklift when necessary. Responsible for product quality: reporting non-compliant parts and product to the appropriate managers. Pick parts to request and transact all inventory movements in ERP. Coordinate inventory workflows, maintain work order records, and perform cycle counts. Follow standard operating procedures and current quality specifications by having Working knowledge of standards and regulations as outlined in the QMS documentation and structure Operate within standard operating procedures and abide by all safety and security rules set forth by the company and regulatory agencies. Active participant in continuous improvement projects pertaining to but not limited to the Shipping and Receiving areas. Utilize IT tools provided to ensure work is organized to prevent errors and omissions as well as efficient execution of duties Communicate professionally (written and oral); adhere to company policies and employee handbook. Maintain clean, hazard-free work area and regular attendance Perform all other duties assigned.
