At TransWest we believe our people are the key to making us successful on a daily basis, so we want to invest in you!  Compensation:   $25.00 - $25.50 / Hour with a $2,500 sign-on bonus  Pay range is inclusive of potential safety bonus  Benefits:  Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance  401k with matching  Annual pay raises  Quarterly safety performance bonuses  Holiday pay  Uniforms provided  Paid Time Off with increasing amounts based on your years of service  Paid DOT medical card & physicals  Paid training to receive Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement  Responsibilities:  Transport business clients to and from scheduled routes safely and reliably.  Conduct daily vehicle safety checks on assigned vehicles and report any defects in a timely manner; complete all required operations documentation fully and accurately daily.  Create a welcoming environment and deliver seamless experience for corporate commuters.  Must be professional and safety minded.  Perform DOT daily inspections on assigned equipment and fuel equipment as necessary.  Provide excellent customer service in every interaction.  Maintain vehicle cleanliness.  Other duties as assigned.  Requirements:  Must be at least 21 years of age  Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record  Must pass pre-employment DOT drug test  Able to communicate proficiently in English  Able to work independently, yet be able to take direction  Able to pass a criminal history background check  Current/Active DOT Medical Card (Can be obtained during hiring process)  Paid CDL Training: TransWest offers current team members paid training to get their Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement or add a Passenger Endorsement to a current CDL license, so that you can grow your career as a bus driver. Beast Mode Truckin is actively seeking Class A Local Truck Drivers with at least 3 months experience to join our dynamic team! Key Responsibilities 100% no touch Intermodal Trailers Day and night driving required. Home DAILY!! Sun-Thur or Tue–Sat shift Average miles a week is around 1100. Requirements Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months recent Class A driving experience. Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years. Cannot have been terminated from last job. No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 5 years Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training. 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years max unemployment. Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen. Must live within 50 miles of Edwardsville, KS Benefits The pay is $13.75 per hour plus $35.02 per load. Generous load bonuses of $1000 (50 loads), $500 (75 loads), $250 (100 loads), $250 (125 loads). $250 (150 loads) per month paid per milestone hit. $1200 per week average (plus bonuses) Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO
