Full- Time Groundskeeper/ Porter We are seeking a full-time Groundskeeper/Porter who is responsible for the daily upkeep of the apartment community, including all buildings, common areas, office areas and perform a range of duties, which may include painting, cleaning, and removing items from vacated apartments. The Groundskeeper/ Porter will report directly to the Community Manager. Candidates must be able to balance and serve all roles to be considered.
