CDL A + Construction Laborer (Sun Valley)

CDL A DRIVER + Construction Laborer $29-32 per hour POSITION SUMMARY Pacific Outdoor Living in Sun Valley, CA, is looking for a Class A Driver and Construction Laborer to join our demolition crew! This position is split between operating heavy vehicles and doing labor in demolition for landscape construction projects. Our waterscape division focuses on water features such as ponds, fountains, waterfalls, and natural pools for residential and commercial properties. REQUIRMENTS: • 3+ years of construction experience, preferably in landscape or demolition • 3+ years of driving with a CDL A with a clean driving record • A desire to grow within our company • Bilingual (Spanish) is necessary • Monday through Saturday work schedule DUTIES: • Daily operation of heavy vehicles and equipment • Operate 10-wheel dump truck • Labor for construction demolition • Towing trailers, transporting equipment • Drop off dirt, rock, debris, etc. • Local Driving Only in Los Angeles, CA BENEFITS: • Competitive wage rate • Comprehensive benefits package including dental, health, and 401K with company match of 4%. • Paid Time Off, including sick leave and holidays.
