Responsibilities, Needs and Skills -Have a strong, independent work ethic -The ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment -To be thorough and pay attention to detail -The ability to work well with others in a team environment -The ability to work on your own -Sensitivity and understanding -To be flexible and open to change -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Knowledge of computers and ability to use them. Must be able to type a minimum of 60 WPM -Efficiency is key as well as attention to detail. -Organizational Skills -Time management Skills -Problem solving skills Requirements: -AGE 25+ is a must. -Minimum high school education. -Friendly demeanor and positive attitude no matter how long some days get. -Keep a level head when confronted with rude/aggressive customers -Ability to be flexible and adaptable as our business continues to grow.
