We are a local, family-owned company seeking experienced industrial custodian to keep us clean and tidy. Overview We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities. Responsibilities: Performs general, routine custodial duties in office and industrial plant. Operates floor scrubber. Operates airwands Performs exterior seasonal tasks. Assists with office/production rearrangement. Will be trained to operate forklift as needed to empty trash receptacles, disposes trash into compactors and/or dumpsters, and bags trash for proper disposal. Will be trained to operate a scissor lift. Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices. Looking for an enthusiastic individual to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting! Position is typically 32-35 hours a week at full time. The starting pay ranges between $20-21, with pay increases starting after 90 days of employment. On the administrative side of things, you would be managing the front desk, scheduling patients, answering calls and emails, processing payments and working with insurance. On the personal assistant side of things, there is a wide range of possible tasks on any given day. You'll never have the same day twice at the job.
