This position may also serve in a hybrid capacity as both Roaster and Forklift Operator, depending on the needs of the business. The role requires flexibility, as schedules may vary and will include openness to shift changes and occasional weekend shifts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-minded, and passionate about coffee, with the ability to move fluidly between roasting, quality control, green coffee handling, and warehouse responsibilities. Equipment & Maintenance • Perform daily and weekly cleaning of roasting machines and production areas. • Conduct routine preventative maintenance on roasters and warehouse equipment. • Notify management of any mechanical or safety issues.
