The Quality Control Technician plays an integral role in ensuring the quality, safety, and consistency of products while supporting the overall mission of the Quality Department. This position is responsible for inspecting and testing raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products to verify compliance with established specifications. It also involves conducting ATP testing in production areas to confirm that rooms and equipment have been properly cleaned and sanitized. In addition, the role includes carrying out laboratory techniques such as sampling, testing, recording, and reporting data, as well as maintaining laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability. The Quality Control Technician assists with all stages of documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements, while also supporting the Quality Team across a wide range of projects. This position is vital to protecting the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of experiments, maintaining an organized laboratory environment, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Prior experience in quality control, laboratory procedures, or regulatory compliance is preferred, and strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork are essential.
