Position: Quality Inspector Location: Sterling Heights, MI (18 ½ Mile Road) Pay Rate: $15.50/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. or 6:00 p.m .- 2:30 a.m.  ($1.50/hr shift premium for 3rd shift. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs. We are hiring a reliable and physically capable Quality Inspector to join our team in Sterling Heights. This position focuses on the visual inspection of automotive bumpers and demands strong attention to detail and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct detailed visual inspections of automotive bumpers to identify defects or quality issues Safely handle and maneuver large, heavy components Maintain consistency and accuracy throughout all inspections Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards Report any quality issues or concerns to supervisors promptly Requirements Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and prolonged standing Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a high-paced environment Qualifications: Previous experience in quality inspection is a plus, but not required Physically able to meet job demands Dependable with strong attention to detail Open to working overtime and weekends when necessary   Benefits Benefits Include: Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay Health insurance, including dental and vision coverage Join a growing team at a Tier 1 automotive facility and build your career in quality inspection.
