We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Quality Auditor to join the H&H Quality Department in our Annapolis, MD office. The Quality Auditor will carry out internal H&H project audits for ongoing design and construction projects. The audits focus on the inspection of the project’s quality control documents and system. The Quality Auditor will prepare audit reports and assessments and assist the Quality Manager with the development of quality control monitoring protocols. Responsibilities Develop knowledge base of the firm’s quality management systems and approved client and/or project specific quality management plans Perform compliance and quality assurance audits as needed for active projects Provide monthly report of all project quality audits and recommend corrective actions or system improvements Develop or update auditor training and operating procedures, related to quality audits and engineering oversight, for approval by the Quality Manager Coordinate subconsultant audits and findings with the project manager and Quality Manager Make recommendations for improvement to business or operations processes to improve quality or project delivery Requirements Motivated, pleasant, and teachable individual looking to help others deliver quality work and achieve the company’s goals related to engineering excellence Basic background and understanding of  QA/QC and quality management in a professional engineering / consulting environment One to five years of experience working in a civil engineering consulting firm, or in a quality related position Basic knowledge of transportation engineering project delivery and construction processes Effective communicator with technical writing skills for preparing technical memos, audit forms and reports Trustworthy to work virtually with various company offices as required Ability to assist with training and coordinate additional engineering staff to assist with auditing activities Assist the Quality Manager with updating and improving the company’s quality control and project delivery process based on observations and findings of audits Benefits Salary range—  $52,000-$73,000 annually. We are looking for a Quality Specialist to oversee and perform activities necessary to provide confidence that specified Quality and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements applicable to materials, operational processes, and company products and services are fulfilled at Enviromedica. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of implemented Quality Systems, and other tasks to support the Quality department. The Quality Specialist must also adhere to all relevant regulatory standards and will report to the Quality Manager. Enviromedica is a fast-growing natural products innovator, manufacturer and distributor located in North Austin, Texas. We have built out a beautiful facility which includes plenty of natural light, and contemporary design. Job Duties and Responsibilities Maintenance of Document Control including maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality control methods, master manufacturing records, and controlled forms. Review and disposition of manufacturing records. This includes, completing the batch release checklist for assurance that all required documents are reviewed and are found to be acceptable for release. Responsible for ensuring external laboratory testing is conducted on raw materials and products according to specifications. Perform review of Quality Control analytical documents including raw material analysis report, in-process bulk intermediates and finished products to ensure adherence to required internal specifications. Perform routine internal audits, identify and implement process improvements. Provide support for external and vendor audits. Assist with follow up on deviations (NCEs), CAPAs, and work with manufacturing to ensure they meet target implementation dates. JOB TITLE: Analytical Test Technician     SUMMARY:   The Analytical Test Technician will be required to test for leaks and impurities in process pipe systems. These systems include UHP (Ultra High Purity) gas lines as well as UPW (Ultra-Pure Water) systems. Hands on troubleshooting is the majority of work performed.
