Parallel Employment group in partnership with a customer in Lancaster has an exciting opening for a Quality Control Technician. In this role, you will verify product conformance in a fast paced environment with a large range of products. Additionally you will be receiving First Piece, In-process, Last Piece, Final and First Article Inspections. Responsibilities: ·   Follow all company policies, procedures, and work instructions in the completion of daily activities with minimal input and supervision to ensure successful accomplishment of company objectives. · Perform Receiving Inspections to verify that incoming parts, materials, and  related documentation meet requirements and are suitable for use. ·  Perform First piece, In-process, Last piece, and Final inspections per sampling plans, product requirements, and job instructions to verify product conformity. ·  Perform First Article Inspections to ensure manufacturing die, tooling, and other manufacturing methods result in product meets customers drawing requirements.  ·  Perform customer specific required Inspections and complete Inspection reports per the stated requirements.  ·  Document, identify, and segregate nonconforming product in accordance with policies, procedures, and work instructions. ·  Make requests to suppliers for missing or incorrect documentation. ·  Use appropriate measuring devices and automated inspection equipment to perform inspections including basic programming of automated inspection equipment. ·  Interact with other departments in a professional manner in addressing product quality and service issues. ·  Provide other departments with information and assistance to support them in accomplishing their objectives. ·  Contribute to and participate in improvement activities within the department and the company. ·  Follow departmental procedures and work instructions as written and recommend improvements as necessary. ·  Perform any other task/activity assigned by the supervisor within the scope of Company business. ·  Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. We are looking for a Quality Specialist to oversee and perform activities necessary to provide confidence that specified Quality and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements applicable to materials, operational processes, and company products and services are fulfilled at Enviromedica. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of implemented Quality Systems, and other tasks to support the Quality department. The Quality Specialist must also adhere to all relevant regulatory standards and will report to the Quality Manager. Enviromedica is a fast-growing natural products innovator, manufacturer and distributor located in North Austin, Texas. We have built out a beautiful facility which includes plenty of natural light, and contemporary design. Job Duties and Responsibilities Maintenance of Document Control including maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality control methods, master manufacturing records, and controlled forms. Review and disposition of manufacturing records. This includes, completing the batch release checklist for assurance that all required documents are reviewed and are found to be acceptable for release. Responsible for ensuring external laboratory testing is conducted on raw materials and products according to specifications. Perform review of Quality Control analytical documents including raw material analysis report, in-process bulk intermediates and finished products to ensure adherence to required internal specifications. Perform routine internal audits, identify and implement process improvements. Provide support for external and vendor audits. Assist with follow up on deviations (NCEs), CAPAs, and work with manufacturing to ensure they meet target implementation dates. Provide GMP training for new employees, new or revised documents, processes, or methods, and maintains the employee training records and database. Support activities for Quality Prepare and submit reports to the quality manager Requirements Associate's Degree in biology, chemistry, or related scientific discipline or a minimum of two (2) years experience in an FDA regulated industry (i.e. nutraceutical / cosmetic / personal care or related bioscience industry) Bilingual a plus. (English and Spanish) Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to easily learn and retain technical information. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to understand production flow and evaluate related documentation. JOB TITLE: Analytical Test Technician     SUMMARY:   The Analytical Test Technician will be required to test for leaks and impurities in process pipe systems. These systems include UHP (Ultra High Purity) gas lines as well as UPW (Ultra-Pure Water) systems. Hands on troubleshooting is the majority of work performed. Testing is mainly conducted in clean-room and manufacturing type settings.   Non-local candidates will receive monthly per diem. Utilize inventory management systems or software to track materials and ensure adequate supply availability. • Cleaning and Sanitization: Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of all designated areas within the facility, including floors and common areas. • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that materials and equipment are properly stored, and waste is disposed • Perform other duties as assigned. Position Requirements • 3-5 years of experience as a Materials Handler or similar role in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. • Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts stand up, pallet jacks, or hand trucks, with appropriate certifications if required. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to materials handling. • Compliance with health and hygiene standards, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required. • Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding environment.
