Position Overview The Program Manager serves as the senior leader responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and execution of program objectives at the headquarters site. This role ensures strategic alignment between customer requirements and project deliverables, while overseeing all staffing, budgetary, and performance management activities. The Program Manager acts as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing program oversight across multiple technical disciplines and ensuring consistent service delivery in accordance with performance standards. Key Responsibilities Direct and coordinate all program activities, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Manage multidisciplinary teams across network operations, software development, cybersecurity, mobile device management, and customer support. Develop, maintain, and present regular status reports, program reviews, and performance metrics to leadership. Serve as the escalation point for resolving operational or contractual issues. Implement process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and service quality. Oversee risk management efforts, including mitigation planning and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, security, and quality management standards. Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in program or project management within IT, defense, or healthcare environments. Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex, multi-site operations. Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Certifications PMP certification required. ITIL, Agile, or other process management certifications preferred. Security Requirements Must be eligible for a U.S. Government Secret clearance. Position Overview: The Project Manager for our South Bend, Indiana Building Group will manage the project team.  Projects may vary between private and public owners, as well as a variety of delivery methods such as lump sum, negotiated and design build work. This position is a managerial position responsible for managing projects and leading a team. Assigned Responsibilities: Responsible for the management of the construction contract(s) and/or work orders Supervisory responsibility for project team assigned to contract(s) and/or work orders. Collaborate with other Project Manager(s) in the office, as necessary. Collaborate and monitor Superintendent(s) performance on contracts and/or work orders. Create and collaborate on work proposals. Negotiate financial disputes and change orders with owners. Administrative point of contact for the owner Understand details of project scope of work Create and maintain project cost reports. Document and negotiate changes that may affect project completion or contract costs with subcontractors and owners. Develop field quality assurance and quality control plan with Superintendent. Collaboration of project safety plan with Superintendent(s) Responsible for managing MBE/WBE subcontracting requirements. About the Role: In this role, you will take charge of overseeing and directing all stages of large-scale construction projects, from the initial planning phase right through to project completion. You will be responsible for coordinating various project activities, tackling construction-related challenges, and ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The perfect candidate will bring extensive experience in managing construction projects in the commercial, public works, or educational facility sectors. You should also showcase your ability to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders, demonstrate strong contract negotiation skills, and maintain a firm commitment to safety protocols, adherence to schedules, and budget management. *Salary Range: $160K/Year-$180K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications Key Responsibilities: Manage, oversee, and coordinate all facets of pre-construction, bid/award, construction, and close-out phases for assigned projects.
