Our commissary kitchen in East Cambridge is the heart of our operation. We have no freezers in the entire company, and this fact defines our food. We work with the highest percentage of local and organic food of any restaurant in the Northeast. We receive produce directly from New England farms and turn it into the delicious food we’ve come to be known for. We host weekly food development meetings. We work carefully and quickly. We taste a lot. If you come to work in our kitchen, you’ll get to work with a talented team with long-term experience in the food industry. We produce all our food from scratch and bake bread daily for our restaurants. Kitchen Team Members can start in either the kitchen prepping food or in the bakery producing pita from local grain that's milled in MA. As an Entry-Level Material Handler / Expeditor, you will support production and operations by ensuring materials and parts are accurately tracked, moved, and delivered on time. This position involves operating graphics systems to ensure that visual elements are displayed seamlessly during various live events, including sports contests, concerts, and community gatherings. Key Responsibilities As a Graphics Operator, you will be an integral part of the live event production crew, working in both the broadcast control room and the arena to bring our events to life. Manage and oversee the quality control of all digital signage content, including ribbons, scoreboards, and other visual installations. Operate and maintain graphics systems to display content accurately and effectively, following direction from the Show Producer or Technical Director. Collaborate effectively with the Technical Director, Video Engineer, and Show Director to coordinate the timely display of graphics during events. Prepare and organize media content for digital displays in advance of live events. Conduct tests and rehearsals on control room systems prior to major events to ensure optimal performance. Ensure accurate tracking and fulfillment of sponsored content and advertising assets. Archive footage from live events and respond to footage requests as needed. Diligently monitor and troubleshoot graphics systems to address any issues during live productions. Requirements Minimum of two years of experience as a graphics operator, preferably in a live event setting. Experience with Ross Xpression and Dashboard software is strongly preferred.
