About the part-time studio creative role: An expert executor of quality content, the soona studio creative is a master of the soona process. The soona studio creative needs to have a passion for digital content creation and an expert understanding of video production, photography, lighting and set design. On top of being a skilled creator, the studio creative must also be highly organized and able to juggle multiple customers and projects simultaneously. This is a part time non-exempt position located in Minneapolis that will report directly to the crew lead. Requirements An ideal candidate can: produce and shoot strong ecommerce and lifestyle photo and video content execute exceptional content that delivers on or exceeds customer needs meets monthly revenue goals and KPI targets  set up different lighting styles and techniques to deliver successfully on client needs collaborate well with studio team and soona clients both in-store and remotely creative thinking and problem solving with on-set challenges to ensure a seamless customer experience  self-motivation, flexibility and willingness to adapt to changes patience and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor good listening skills and excellent attention to detail set up the studio for a shoot with little to no direction translate customer inputs into a successful shoot set clear expectations with the client around the soona experience handle client escalations and resolve problems by offering achievable solutions translate client feedback into actionable suggestions and assist team with escalations contribute to the holistic operation of the studio in daily tasks additional to production time, including but not limited to pre-shoot prep, equipment and prop organization, inventory assistance, and overall orderliness.  some lifting is required up to 30 lbs. willingness to assist where needed in addition to production time coverage capture and edit behind-the-scenes footage of studio bookings  Has experience in: 2+ years of professional photography and/or videography 2+ years of customer service Benefits We can offer: competitive hourly wage: $25-$30/hr (depending on experience) up to 30 hours a week (hours may be less based on seasonality and need) intentional culture really badass headshots Candidates should: send their resume and a link to their portfolio share their favorite twitter or instagram feed in their cover letter This position comes with a 90-day probationary period, during which both the employee and soona will have the opportunity to assess the fit and performance. Basic Function Almstead PHC (Plant Health Care) Technicians work with the latest technology and information in treating our customers’ plant health problems. As a PHC Technician, you will possess a strong horticultural background, as well as extensive field skills that will be necessary to help you identify different plants and shrubs, and indicators of possible plant health problems. You will evaluate, monitor and treat for insect and disease conditions as well as soil conditions. You will work closely with Arborists, providing critical feedback and recommending the appropriate treatments to plant health care problems. Responsibilities Diagnose insect, disease, and cultural/environmental conditions. Evaluate and recommended treatment options. Ensure proper filling/mixing procedures and material dilution are followed. Understand and operate state-of-the-art equipment. Learn/understand insect & disease life cycles, plant biology, and soil biology. Perform accurate and timely record-keeping. Maintain a safe and controlled work environment. Adhere to company safety, state and local regulations. Operate, calibrate and maintain equipment. Maintain open communication with consulting Arborists and clients to provide feedback on plant health care issues. Requirements Two/four year degree in arboriculture, horticulture (or related field), or minimum three years’ industry/field experience. Enthusiastic about what you do and the ability to work extra hours when needed. Knowledge of common trees & shrubs. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Valid driver’s license.
