Texas Health Action (THA) invites qualified vendors to submit proposals to meet Kind Clinic’s photo and video production needs for the September 2025 – September 2026. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit competitive bids to ensure all needs are executed with the best value. The organization welcomes proposals from full-service vendors able to fulfill all production needs through this application, as well as from specialized vendors focused on individual areas of production through the links below. Scope of Work Photographer must provide 30 assets per city (90 total) of Kind Clinic buildings and staff. Vendor 3: Video Series Videographer/Video Editor Kind Clinic seeks experienced Videographers and Video Editors to produce episodes of Kind Clinic's series Navigaytion. This is a monthly project requiring both videography and video editing services. Vendors are welcome to apply for either or both services. Navigaytion Episodes Starting in August of 2025, Navigaytion will be shifting to social-focused episodes only and de-prioritizing long-form YouTube episodes.
