Job Summary This position is a machine operator-level position within the manufacturing area that ensures the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost to meet customer specifications and delivery requirements. Machine operator positions include the extrusion production line and/or material handling. Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have basic skills on use of computers: MS Office, Windows, SAP experience is a plus. Ability to effectively work in a team environment with good communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organization skills and self-starter motivation Ability to train and support others on the team to build a proficient team across all shifts. Pre-employment drug screening required. Follow safety guidelines for handling battery components. Requirements Proficient in use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Follow technical instructions for test procedures precisely and document results accurately. Motivated to new challenges and embrace learning new techniques and refining existing techniques.
