We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Rokt Thanks Total Compensation between: $310,000 - $385,000, which includes a fixed annual salary between $210,000-$260,000, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits. As a Product Manager for Rokt Thanks, you’ll own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for products that transform the post-transaction experience for millions of ecommerce shoppers. You’ll creatively set ambitious goals, bring clarity to complex challenges, and deliver features that solve real customer problems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and build trusted relationships with both internal and client executives, communicating direction and impact concisely. Your strong business acumen and ability to quickly master new domains will make you a subject matter expert and strategic partner, directly driving growth for global brands. What we’re looking for in a Principal Product Manager You will drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Rokt Thanks, shaping innovative post-transaction experiences that deliver measurable value for ecommerce partners and their customers. Strive to set ambitious, creative goals informed by AI-driven insights and a deep understanding of the evolving commerce landscape. Solve complex, ambiguous problems unique to optimizing the transaction moment, bringing clarity and direction to the team. Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and senior client executives, ensuring alignment and shared success. Deliver impactful features and products at scale, with a proven ability to turn customer and partner needs into tangible outcomes. Demonstrate business acumen across domains, quickly mastering new concepts and becoming a trusted advisor to clients and cross-functional teams.
