$866 / 1br - Room in a 3 bedroom house, temporary or long term (York)

Hello All! Before you get into my novella, I am totally open to temporary rentals of this room. If you need a place to land I bham while you look for your dream situation or a place to live as a traveling nurse, I am open and can furnish the room for you with a twin bed and a dresser. I rent a large craftsman in the York neighborhood. I am a fun 52-year-old woman who is very young at heart. There is a kind thirty-something mandolinist and her service pup is in the house renting the downstairs room, and I have a room on the second floor. The room for rent is across the hall from me and is the largest in the house. (See photo) All amenities are downstairs, which include, full new kitchen, a full bath, a utility room with washer and dryer, and pantry. Also, I have all the kitchen things and the house is fully furnished. The bedroom is not furnished. Can't be allergic to cats bc HAZEL is a fluff monster. She doesn't meow or get into things and is my shadow. She is not into living with other cats. Rent is $866 plus $150 ish Utilities (that flucuate and sometimes less in the summer) this includes trash, electricity, water, internet, and gas. Small yard in the back with veggie garden and flower boxes. POS garage and only exists to store jamboree gear and other misc. May have space for your misc if I organize in there. I prefer to live with open-minded, non-MAGA, non born again types. I am LGBTQ+ open, 420 friendly, not Christian but respect whatever spiritual path you take, a very social person, work from home part time, kind and people say I'm funny. :) I keep a casually clean lived-in space. Sometimes there are dishes in the sink. If you have OCD it may not work out.
