We have space available for a tiny house or RV on our 5-acre farm property in Ferndale. Timeframe for move in is flexible, September or October 2025 preferred. Please read the whole listing before you reply. LOCATION: 20min from Bellingham, 10 min from Ferndale or Lynden, and 15 min from Blaine or Birch Bay. Country living but still with easy access to town. No laundry available on site No additional storage space available No pets please ABOUT THE PROPERTY: Your space is private and sits about 300ft away from our house. We have a cat that roams freely around the property and occasionally our rambunctious husky/shepherd dog runs around the farm with us too. In the past we've had livestock but at the moment we have none. The farm has previously been used for fruit and vegetable production and we use organic practices, though currently there is no farming occurring. We've had four other tenants utilize this space and it's worked out nicely for all. We hope to find a tidy and respectful individual who appreciates living in this beautiful place. REQUIREMENTS: First and Last Months Rent Security Deposit ($500) Must keep the space around your tiny house or RV tidy and keep outdoor items to a minimum.
