Our beloved, fully-furnished, private Santa Fe casita is available weekly for $500 or monthly for $1800 -- all utilities included! With cozy in-floor radiant heat and fast Xfinity wifi. Dogs welcome with $100 cleaning fee, cats not allowed. Available from August 25th to October 2. This adobe studio, completely detached from the main house on the property, is not a full-time rental, but our second home we use when we come to town to visit family. It's 450 square feet of peace and quiet with a cozy loft sleeping space with a queen bed, full kitchen with cookware, a full bathroom with tub, a small dining area and a sitting area with a Roku TV. Radiant heat, window A/C unit, washer/dryer, off-street parking and a small enclosed patio. Located on a quiet street near the Santa Fe River and Frenchy's field, a stone's throw to the river and easy access to midtown, Agua Fria or the plaza. The loft is accessed by a sturdy but narrow spiral staircase that can feel steep to some. We live out of town but the casita is managed by the tenants in the main house and we deal with any issues quickly.
