This is a very quiet neat and tidy home and an ideal location for a commuter to just come home and rest after a hard days work. Location is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood with lots of on street parking available. Local shops, grocery stores, restaurants and mall with movie theaters is very close by. This studio is a fully furnished converted master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The original door has been walled off so that the unit is now separated from the house. The house is occupied by retired persons and a small quiet and friendly community dog. It has a security system with monitoring service. Ideal tenant would be quiet and peaceful person who has a full time job (not working from this home) who is just looking for a quiet and peaceful place to rest at the end of a working day. Double window doors look out onto a beautiful garden. Personal air conditioning system is installed in the room along with a TV (no cable service, but you can use it to stream). It features light blocking window shades and is fully furnished with microwave, coffee station, small refrigerator and freezer, ironing board, utensils and cleaning supplies. Towels, sheets and bedding is included. Cost is $2,000/month Security deposit $1,000 Background check $100 If you’d like room cleaning, sheets and towel laundering service please add on an extra $100 to monthly fee. We will withhold $100 from security deposit at the end of tenancy to cover professional cleaning and sanitation service. We would prefer a minimum of 3-6 months tenancy with month-to-month thereafter if this is a suitable arrangement. This unit has a queen sized bed but is ideally suitable for one occupant on a long term basis. Full credit and background check will be run prior to occupancy.
