Utilities (electric, gas heat, sewer and water) and Wi-fi with basic cable included. Note that bathroom is shower only - no tub. Security deposit of $1800 required. Parking is tandem parking for 2 cars. No laundry however several good laundromats in the vicinity. No smoking inside the unit however there is a front farmers' porch where smoking is allowed. Furniture may be different than displayed in photos. 2 similar units available with the second unit priced slightly lower ($1725) due to parking for that unit. 1st month's rent plus security deposit of $1200 required to move in.
