Upscale one bedroom apartment available to rent starting 11/1 (or possibly earlier) until approximately 4/1/26. My ideal renter would be single or a couple but no roommate situations. The apartment is fully furnished so its best suited to those bringing just clothes / essentials (not someone who is looking to move in furniture). Pets are possible. Definitely no house parties or smoking (marijuana is acceptable). Rent includes all utilities (including internet). Unit has clean and contemporary appliances including washer / dryer and is furnished with a queen bed, coffee and dining table, two huge couches and 80inch flatscreen. Kitchen is furnished with a microwave, plates, cups, bowls, silverware, and some pots / pans. The bedroom has a huge walk-in closet. The bathroom has a tub and standup shower and two sinks! If you can't tell by my ad I am pretty particular so I am seeking someone that is clean, will not wear shoes inside, and will respect my place like it is yours. They will be responsible, mature, and abide by Quiet Hours of 11pm - 7am (out of courteousness to neighbors).
